The Carhartt dark navy blue overalls are made with nylon FR Quick Duck® canvas (12%) and cotton (88%) in an 8.5-ounce design you’ll love. It’s lighter than the brand’s traditional sandstone duck, but ounce-for ounce, it’s just as strong. This Quick Duck quilt-lined workwear is UL® classified to NFPA 2112, and it meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E. There are labels (Carhartt FR and NFPA 2112) sewn onto the front pocket, too.

Since you may work outdoors on occasion (or all of the time), these fire-resistant work overalls feature 150g 3M™ Thinsulate Platinum FR insulation to keep you warm all day. A quilt lining to the waist plus insulation throughout means this men’s bib overall design was born for the cold. Double, articulated knee layers add durability and ease of movement, and they can handle kneeling in the mud or the snow. You can add knee pads if you’d like, and the double-layer knee openings also allow you to clean out debris as needed. (Note: Knee pads are NOT included with this pair of Carhartt navy overalls.)

There’s a multi-compartment bib pocket with a zip closure for convenient storage, as well as two large lower-front pockets and two reinforced back pockets. A high back includes FR suspenders and FR side-release buckles for easy on and off action, too. Brass leg zips feature Nomex® FR zipper tape and protective flaps with arc-resistant snap closures for enhanced safety. A brass zip fly is also in place, and this has Nomex® FR zipper tape, too, and there are AFR melamine buttons at the waist.
